overall it is a beautiful hotel and we liked the stay, the location was magnificent close to everything you dont need car. the property staff are responsible.

Everything is what i need and want.

The place was clean, recently renovated and absolutely perfect rooms. Thanks to the RESPONSIBLE staff everything was brand-new, including plenty oftasty food. The rooms with jacuzzi. 15 minutes walking from the but station. Honestly nothing to complain about.

The newly remodeled room was fantastic and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and a microwave oven. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all attractions and just a short walk from the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated just a bit off the busy and noisy area, but still very close to everything. It was convenient for transportation at Sannomiya and Motomachi stations. The hotel was located on a relatively quiet road, providing a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to easily explore the city and had a dinner reservation to try Kobe beef, which was just across the road. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Great staff, really friendly and nice to be around. The location was perfect - we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go and the bus stop was just a few minutes away. 🚏 Great spot!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything about it was great. The hotel facilities were clean and stylish, with modern and unique decor. The location was perfect, being so close to Cleopatra beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. I didn't even need a car because everything was within walking distance. The staff, especially Vera, Tugba, and Ozi, were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. They were always attentive to my needs, knowledgeable about the area, and the service at breakfast was exceptional. The breakfast itself was the best I've ever had, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options to choose from. The portions were huge, too! I felt like I was at home away from home and I will definitely be coming back here for my next visit.
